Almost perfect

I love TT and have been using it for years. I always wonder why the screen only takes up the upper left corner instead of the whole screen. I would like to see it be larger in the frame of the screen. I would like to see the help window be in a larger font size. we can adjust the window to see it. However, even if the window is open full screen, the font stays small. The baby boomers are getting old and our eyesight is failing. Give us some bigger font somehow. thanks.
i love the deduction section. A little confusing about the additional business expenses such as in professional publications versus professional expenses such as license renewal. i would like to see more clarification of all the different types of professional designation areas:
professional organizations, professional publications, professional licenses and/or certifications, professional education, professional need for office supplies. and other categories such as that. E

I have used TurboTax for my company for over 15 years and it has been a life saver. I always get the best return.
What's great about it: Easy and Accurate
What's not so great: Would be nice if Trusts and Small Biz were available in one product

Just as I expected, Turbo Tax made filing my State and Federal returns fast, easy and very accurate. I had not expected to get a return and with their help I got returns on both filings.
What's great about it: Simple, thorough and very fast
What's not so great: None that stand out

I entered my info from form 1095-A; when I returned to revise it, the form was gone and I could not find the forms--they were gone. Step by step said I was done but I knew that was wrong. Finally found answers on line
I filed an extension thinking the program glitch would be fixed, but in July, it was still deleting my information after I had entered and tried to revise it later
What's great about it: generally a good product; Ihave used for years
What's not so great: major glitch in form 1095-A / form 8962

Love Turbotax

I've used TurboTax for the last 10 years and have been completely satisfied with the program. I love that it has programs for those of us who need help doing taxes and own small businesses. It helped me to find deductions that I may not have found had I used another program or service. I also love how the program checks your errors and lets you know if there is a possibility of an audit. I also love that I can do my taxes at my own leisure and with so much identity theft, I love that I have control over my personal information as opposed to turning it over to some tax service people I don't know. I highly recommend to others.
What's great about it: The walk through process in the program.
What's not so great: Nothing
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Wow, What a Difference

Last year I used H & R Block and had an excruciating time doing my taxes. Turbo Tax is organized so well that this year was a breeze. Never again will I go elsewhere.
What's great about it: The ease of using Turbo Tax compared to H & R Block

Business owner is split in two

My wife and I do art shows in our home state, in other states, plus on consignment, and wholesale. TT handles everything smoothly and reliably. We've been using TT for more than 10 years. All situations are handled clearly!
What's great about it: Allows filing in more than one state
What's not so great: ....nothing yet..!
