very dissapointed this year

and my banking information did not transfer forward either.
Part of the reason I like to use Turbo Tax is to not have to
look that up every year.
What changed? Every year in the past that information
moved forward.
Also, I owe Federal Tax, but have a State Refund. Why cannot I electronically file my State return without filing my
Federal return. If it is the fee, you could deduct that from my
State return.

What's not so great: my information on the state return did not transfer forward. I had to go find my tax bill and get the property tax id #

Though easier to use than last year, I didn't even get 1/2 of what I got last year. Broke my heart, but it's better than owing!
What's great about it: Easier To Use. More Of My Return Got Entered
What's not so great: Didn't Get Enough Back
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Pros & Cons say it largely.
I did like getting the last to times of service (by phone).

What's great about it: this software appears complete & competent
What's not so great: getting to talk by phone to folks is way too long...about 3 hours one evening

Excellent Product

Extremely easy to use and navigate through. Everything is explained in great detail and the program is very user friendly. Taxes can be time consuming by default, but Turbo Tax helps make the process easier and quicker to navigate through.
What's great about it: Very detailed and user friendly
What's not so great: A little time consuming (Not Turbo Tax's fault)

With tax laws ever-changing and becoming more and more complex, it's such a relief to use TurboTax. It was faster and easier to use this year. Being able to click a link to gain a better understanding of something is always really helpful. Even though I may not fully understand all of the tax laws, I know that TurboTax does and I'm always confident that my taxes are done correctly each and every time. Thank you, TurboTax!!

Ease my refund stress!

I have used TurboTax several years now doing our taxes and it is with great gratitude I love the ease. If there's a form all you do is type the number and it does the rest. I am extremely pleased with tis product and will continue to use! Thanks for making the, "NAIL BITING TAX TIME" stress and pain free. LOVE IT!
What's great about it: Ease of answer questions each step of the way through.
What's not so great: No oh no's, just read, click, print, & DONE!
