Amended returns duplicate costs

Since I already paid for the software service, it seems unfair to have to pay a second time to file an amended return.
What's great about it: Was able to load and edit an older return
What's not so great: I made an error on a two=year old return and TurboTax made me pay again to buy the software

TurboTax Saved my bacon!

Really easy to use software that held my hand through a bunch of things I knew nothing about. My final review will have to wait until my tax returns are filed and no problems arise!
What's great about it: Trying to complete a 1040 as a foreigner impossible! With TurboTax, easy!
What's not so great: Problems on the website with purchasing/download made it necessary to call to purchase

TURBO TAX 2015

I have been using Turbo Tax for 15+ years. I have not had any problem with accessing any of the forms needed to do my tax return. Questions are clear and if needed the help is great also. I will continue to use Turbo Tax and I have family and friends to use the Turbo Tax Software for their yearly returns. So far I have great reviews. Thank you Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Always easy to access all parts of tax return
What's not so great: none available
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Great Product

TurboTax is the only tax filing software I've used for the past 15+ years and I've always found it to be very easy to use and understand. It walks me through and explain every option very well. It's not impossible to make a mistake but with the review process, it minimizes my chances of getting my return rejected due to it being incomplete or inaccurate. Furthermore, it makes intelligent recommendations that can help with the current fling as well as those in the future. Great product.
What's great about it: Very intuitive, easy to use and understand.
What's not so great: None.

very difficult to file this year!!!

Because I could NOT pay for audit protection on April 19th (the last day for filing - I live in MAINE), and because I had to enter driver's license information, I was not able to file my taxes in time. And now, because there is NO option to set up payment arrangements for my MAINE state taxes (even though in the program it said it could!), I am still unable to file my state taxes. I am very frustrated and unsatisfied
What's great about it: the transfer of last year's taxes
What's not so great: not being able to make payment, not being able to set up payments
