I have been using for past 10+ years, no problems, easy to use.
What's great about it: walks you through EVERYTHING
What's not so great: none
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: Credit Card payment process needs to specify that the name on your credit card is case sensitive!!! Caused me a stress

Use of private vehicle in a business needed to be made simplier, too many duplicate entries and questions
What's great about it: Simple when you transfer data from previous years return
What's not so great: During the error check, errors were found that were addressed and filled in the required field.

I had trouble finishing my return through e-file but the customer service person, Taylor, from Intuit in South Carolina helped me finish my returns. She was patient, kind and extremely professional. She followed through by keeping her word that she would call me back the same day in order to help process my payment that the internet would not take. Taylor from South Carolina Rocks!!!!!!!!
What's great about it: Helped solve my probem in filing a state return

It is ok to use this. I would like to see better version that has tells me right the way whether I can take the deduction of specific item.
What's great about it: Easy and quick
What's not so great: does not pull all information from previous tax return until I select it

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long time. I have always like the program. Last year it didn't meet my needs. It was like some forms just wasn't there. I attempted to try another program. It didn't even come close to what Turbo Tax had last year. I again tried Turbo Tax. I cruised right through and the program even made some suggestions on how to reduce my tax burden. I again was impressed. Good Job.
What's great about it: Easy
What's not so great: Made a mistake in picking a program to print with and it wouldn't let me make another selection.
