Death by Taxes Relief with TurboTax

Everyone hates taxes as we have to dedicate our own personal time such as an entire day or weekend to be on the clock to pay Government employee salaries. Been using TurboTax for more than 10 years and it's programs have really evolved to being very reliable and user friendly. Especially with the intuitive step by step navigation Q&A on the complex forms. The biggest complaint is the check out process takes too long for purchasing Audit, State e-filing etc. with trying to recall what the account login details to having to entire in the credit card info multiple times even when saved to my profile. This area has improved over the years but still has room for improvement for efficiency and so rather than a 5-star rating had to give it a 4 because I am impatient type and don't like being delayed unnecessarily when my money is being taken for a service.
What's great about it: Very Intuitive step by step navigation Q&A on the complex forms
What's not so great: The check out process before e-filing takes too much time
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Rocked my refund!

Overall, it was pretty simple. It took me approximately 4 hours to complete, given that I already had everything prepared such as receipts and whatnot. Sometimes, it asked the same question twice or even three times, and there were some questions that I didn't quite understand. Other than that, it was nice to be walked through the whole process or have the option of working on whatever I chose, when I was comfortable enough and knew what I was doing.
What's great about it: Easy, step by step walkthrough
What's not so great: Time consuming; repetittive

I have used Turbo Tax for many years. and have been consistently happy with the results.
I have tried other brands of tax software, they are good too, but am used to the look and feel of this software and it has always done its job flawlessly.
I have only two reservations this year.
1 - The program doesn't seem as transparent as in the past. some aspects are done behind the curtain, so to speak. With Obama Care and new tax regs that may not be the fault of Turbo tax.

2 - This is my first time using Home & Business and I can't get the the business return to come into play, only the W-2 and 1099 information seems to be there
What's great about it: Fast, reasonably painless (for taxes), accurate
What's not so great: less transparent than past years

Payment Login doesn't work

I hate the fact that trying to make the state efile payment at the end while logged in has failed for this and the past 2 years. Fix it now. Otherwise, everything else works.

It gets easier to do things every year. I am so glad I use this product. There is no way I could have done it better and with all the deductions possible.
What's great about it: They educate you, they have answers to all my questions.

I think Turbo Tax is an awesome program. Very easy to navigate. My only complaint is that I couldn't tell specifically if the electronic filing had gone through, which is a little nerve wracking.

It would be great have a few example videos on the more complex sections. Sometimes it really good to engage in a more kinesics help.
What's great about it: Having the "Flag" tool
What's not so great: It was difficult to uncheck a box that was clicked on by accident
