over all good experance as much as taxes can be

I like using turbo tax because is simple to use and they do there best to walk you through it. I only had problems in a couple areas which caused me to look for answers in other locations. The fact that I could stop and start anytime makes the wife happy, because I am not stuck working on taxes when she wants to do something else. The biggest problem is that when they say one free state return that should include e filing the return to.
What's great about it: Cover most areas with great questions to insure the right information was used
What's not so great: Some Questions did not explane what the answers ment had to go someplace to find out which answer was right in my case

What's not so great: Forms and Step by step sometimes confusing on what is needed

Love Turbo Tax!

Best program on the market for the do-it-your self kind of bookkeeper. Been using Turbo Tax since the 1980's. The program just gets better every year.
What's great about it: Fast, Simple, Informational

TurboTax covers just about every one of a wide range of possibilities except of course the infrequent or very complex situations. A problem I had was TurboTax locks you in so only one spouse can go forward; no changing your mind and switching from him to her as the lead in the joint filing scenario. But some may want to try that scenario to see if the refund changes.
What's great about it: many complex variations covered automatically
