No problems. Anyone with a regular return should (no business, rental property, etc) should definitely use. You'll pay someone much more to do what you could do.

Thanks - this is my 20th year using turbo tax works great
What's great about it: asking all of the questions and doing all of the calculations
What's not so great: none - except that it asks a LOT of questions :-).

Have used Turbo Tax for many years

I recommend Turbo Tax above other programs. I've had some experience with Tax Act while helping a friend and it's just not that good.
What's great about it: Does a great job and reasonable easy to use
What's not so great: Wish it was a little less expensive for Home/Business version

Lead me through Tax Theft waters

Turbo tax worked great. the only problem was that I kept being rejected and Theresa determined that we had become victims of Identify Theft. Theresa was so awesome and she walked us through every step and did not rush us. She was so super!!
What's great about it: Turbo Tax Support person Theresa H.
What's not so great: Someone filed my tax return

Been using TT for quite some time and feel more and more comfortable with it each year; however, your fees are getting out of hand. Not only the cost of the disc each year but the filing fees and the audit fees are a little much for the electronic age.
Still a fairly good deal as long as your audit guarantee is valid.

What's not so great: The fees to file/audit fees

Nice but. . .

Overall very easy to load and use. But again when it asks a question about a missed line. it should have some way of telling you what it wants. a date or a total or whatever is needed.
What's great about it: Ease of use, and coverage of all areas
What's not so great: Asked questions about specific lines on a schedule and I had no idea what it wanted.
