Hard to check & correct entries

I never did find the command to turn "file return" to "File for an Extension of time".
It's Hard to check & correct entries.

Better than it used to be

I've been using TurboTax for the past 20 years or so and the format and style have changed a lot over the years. About 3 years ago after another style change, the sections did not flow well and it was not intuitively obvious where to put certain items. I'd say that this year things flowed better and I had less opportunities for confusion. I'd say TurboTax has been getting better over the past couple of years.

More issues this year - investment sale default election errors out; there so many places where I correct or add info only to see the program didn't recognize that information even though it is there - for example, I elect to have a portion of my refund applied to 2016, but the ES calculates without taking that info into account.
What's great about it: familiarity
What's not so great: Forms do not refresh unless you enter info in a certain way
