Needs more support for Quick Books

I have a small business and I use Quick Books for MAC to manage all my accounting. When I purchased TurboTax for Home and Business it has a big checkmark stating that I can import data from Quick Books directly into TurboTax. However, once I started my return - I found that the import from Quick Books to TurboTax was not supported. Next, I tried exporting data from Quick Books into a txf file, which I could then import into TurboTax. I then discovered that Quick Books for Mac does not support the export of data into a txf file, so I had to manually enter all of my data from Quick Books into TurboTax.
I find it inconceivable that Intuits 2 core products can not be used to together on a Mac. Right now I have to actively look at new products because I should not have to manually import data from Quick Books into TurboTax
What's great about it: Intuitive
What's not so great: Missing integration with Quick Books for MAC

Always With TurboTax

I have used TurboTax for several years for Home and Business. I can't think of a better way to get my taxes done and filed. Easy to follow instructions make it easy to get the job done. I feel they have me covered on every angle. Add in the Audit Protection and I feel very secure with TurboTax. Very affordable and much less than an overpriced Tax Consultant. I will continue to use TT for many years to come.
What's great about it: TurboTax makes it simple and gives me the confidence that I'm doing my taxes right.
What's not so great: Can't think of any

Getting worse, not better

When an error is reported, instead of telling us to go here and do that, there should be a link to get there. "There is a value missing, click this link to open that form/schedule/page..."

Makes Filing Less of a Drag

When numbers boggle, TurboTax provides a more creative environment to deal with them. I like the look and feel of it, as if it were designed for Mac, even though it will still appeal to those of PC persuasion.
What's great about it: Easy to follow or get around as I wish
What's not so great: It is taxes, after all. What could be good about that?

TurboTax really understands its users and their needs. I often feel lost when dealing with taxes, and TurboTax had the answers to all my questions - thanks to its great forums and online help. I was able to do my taxes with relative ease and really learned during the process. Thanks TurboTax!
What's great about it: Intuitive with great resources
What's not so great: A bit confusing, but such are taxes

As it is covered in 2 places (Misc Income & Royalty Income)
Realized I need to amend 2014 Return due to entering it in both places last year. This needs to be made more clear... Very confusing.

I use TurboTax every year for our personal and sole proprietor taxes. Always dependable (important for me, as I always wait until the last minute to complete taxes...)
What's great about it: Dependably error-free, inuitive, supported by great help documents.
What's not so great: None
