Just a suggestion

When I open up the current year's Turbo Tax, I always have trouble finding last year's return and moving it into this year's return.
Might add a question on one of the opening pages: "Did you use Turbo Tax for last year's (or a previous year's) return?" Then have Turbo Tax find it on my computer and suggest that the data be imported.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 8 years and it keeps improving. My first year was pretty awful actually, because each page took significant time to load. But now the program moves at a good clip. It is organized and its interview format makes sure you include what you need. Once in a while there is a term I don't know and they don't adequately define it. But again, there are not many of these and I am always able to find out what I need either from help or from a web search.
The biggest pain this year was having to go back to my 2014 Turbo Tax to re-calculate last year's refund in order calculate this year's tax. TT should just do this for me since I transferred 2014 return already. In the end it did reduce my tax by several hundred dollars so it was worth doing. From what I've seen they will get this covered for next year.
What's great about it: Improving yearly. Mostly clear and simple to use.
What's not so great: There are places where it isn't clear what you need to do and they inexplicably don't have an explanation, but not many.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

My taxes this year were complex due to the selling of several properties, 401K withdrawal and the starting of a new business. Turbo Tax was absolutely awesome in making my tax preparation simple and easy to understand.

Turbot ax created an extra 1099-Div entry and it would not let me delete it. I left it blank.

Takes a complicated process and makes it striaghtforward and doable for most... walks you through it, step by step.
Have used it now for over 20 years...
