Good product

Overall a great product that I've used for used and trust. Much nicer than late nights with a calculator.

Using turbo tax for over 10 years --love it

every year I use turbo tax. It takes about three hours to do the entire return, including submission (having saved all relevant documents). I can't say I love doing taxes, but turbotax makes it as enjoyable as possible. Plus, since I'm a control freak, I like being able to see exactly what's going on.
What's great about it: very easy to use

Review of 2015 Fed & State tax return software -

The user interface is very good and seems to improve a little each year! The interview process seems to be complete and thorough. I like the ability to be able to look at specific forms and /or lines after I have completed the first pass.
Online help is very good - for most of it.
Pleased this year and will continue to use TurboTax in the future. Will definitely recommend it to my friends.
Good job to all at Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Input was better and worked well this year!
What's not so great: Some help messages not complete or lacking useful info

Best tax software

I started working as a Real Estate professional in 2015 and this software knew exactly what deductions that I was able to take. Strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to do there own taxes.
What's great about it: Step by step instructions
What's not so great: I wish more credit unions were onboard for download

Total Frustration

I've provided this feedback over and over but Turbo Tax seems to care less. There are way to many areas of the application that do not provide reflection from the prior years taxes and so the user must pull up last years forms and see what they entered. This could so simply be added to help the user be consistent year to year but for some reason Turbo Tax makes each year like a brand new experience instead of helping users by noting what last years selection was. WTH? Clarification, I'm not talking about entering amounts, I'm talking about radial button selections. It would be helpful to know what I chose last year for consistency. Hope this is not another waste of time. I'd change to another software if I thought it would be easier. At some point I probably will if nothing changes.
What's great about it: Better than visiting a paid preparer
What's not so great: Consistently lacks helping advise on prior year selections making process harder than needed.
