Turbo Tax experience

I've been using Turbo Tax Home and Business since 2004 because it's just so easy. walking me through the sections, finding all deductions and tips just amazing.
What's great about it: Easy to go through return with TT helping along the way.

Always Reliable

I have used TurboTax for more than 12 years and have full confidence that my returns are accurate.
What's great about it: The step-by-step process is thorough, TurboTax reviews all possible income streams and any possible deductions.
What's not so great: It would help to have all forms from the previous year return, not just some of the forms.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Having used Turbo Tax since 2002 filing is simple and follows your previous return for starters and then asks for changes. Simple to follow and it tracks everything that needs to be carried forward.
What's great about it: easy to follow and covers all areas of tax liability

Very difficult to enter rental info for vehicles.

Over all I really like this tool, it's tried and true.
What's great about it: Easy to navigate, online help and Tax Audit
What's not so great: Wished there were direct links to the IRS tax info or booklets

Easy Software

I really enjoy it. I have used it for many years. You just have to print out everything. Sometimes the software dont enter the past years carry over which is not so cool. Other than that i will recommend this software as it is very simplified version in explaning all the things. It does smart check for errors and check the risk of high or low audit risk. Pretty cool tool
What's great about it: Get great refund and easy to use
What's not so great: it is always new updates every year. kind a hard to see how to enter the business stuff part
