Need to automatically trasferr any remaining deductions from prior years if I have used turbo tax in the prior years
What's great about it: Easy to Follow
What's not so great: Trasfers are not clear

lost a little faith this year

Also would not process a very valid Mastercard for several transactions needed, such as purchasing a second state and for the purchase of 2 state efile charges, had to use a visa card to complete taxes. Lost a little faith this year, hope it does better next year, have used TT for over 20 years
What's not so great: TT had trouble with PA state returns, not detailed enough

10+ Years Using Turbo Tax

I've been using Turbo Tax for over 10 years and would never dream of going to a paid preparer. Intuit has taken the monstrosity of our tax code and digitized it for our filing pleasure, once again. Thanks for consistently cranking out the best product in the market place.
What's great about it: Smooth walk-through of all inputs guiding to an easy completion of the whole tax filing process.

I have used Turbo Tax for about 10 years with no problems whatsoever. It guides you through the process step by step.

I usually do my own taxes, this year I had a book keeper friend review what I did.
We both use Home and Business.
She was able to go through my supporting documents, spread sheets and my turbo draft and confirm what I had done, plus explore HSA and IRA contributions so fast it was a pleasure to watch her to it!
It was great having turbo as a sharing platform!
