Best thing since sliced bread

Couldn't do our own business taxes without Turbo Tax. Best thing ever. If we were a little smarter, we'd use Quicken products through the year and make everything even easier.
What's great about it: Easy to use, thoroughly guides you through the steps.
What's not so great: Could always be cheaper!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

maybe give more example for office supplies to include other businesses.
What's not so great: don't like example for office supplies expenses, had to input concrete supplies there. had a hard time figuring it out.

Easy way to complete taxes

I like that I can save what I'm doing and come back to it later. I don't feel like I have to rush to finish or find files with information. Being able to load information from previous years helps too.
What's great about it: Easy to go step by step to pull all the info together
What's not so great: Need to load employer info when it is the same

So Easy

Using TurboTax for a single member LLC business plus individual tax filing was so easy and straight forward. It takes the same amount of time to gather all of the information needed for an accountant as it does to completely file taxes with TurboTax! But with TurboTax you save hundreds if not thousands of dollars by not having to use an accountant. No brainer.
What's great about it: Guided process for easy filing with helpful hints when needed

best tax software ever

My con is not really a con because doing taxes for a home business can be time consuming.
I had an accountant but I fired him after a friend who also owns a home business told me about turbo tax and about doing your own taxes. Ever since then I've been using it to do my taxes.
I did try other software and I must have spent a week trying to do them myself, so do yourself a favor and only use turbo tax. you won't be sorry.
