Health insurance section kept looping back to the beginning. Hitting "continue" didn't continue, but went back to the beginning.
What's great about it: Easy to use; does not hang; transmits quickly.
What's not so great: A couple of loops (e.g., the health insurance section).

I have been using TurboTax for the last 15 years. We have 2 sole-proprietor businesses and find it very easy to get everything on the correct forms. I feel confident the information entered is accurately recorded in the right spot.
What's great about it: Easy to use - transfers previous year's info
What's not so great: Too many versions - price is a little high
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Stock Trader Functions Missing

Good, but Could Be Better

I have used TurboTax for many years and never had this problem before. I searched online and luckily found a solution that worked. It required me to stop the windows .net 3.5 service, load the program, and then restart the 3.5 .net service. A less savvy person might have been on tech support for hours. I am running 64-bit Windows 10 on my computer.
After that hurtle, the program was a breeze to use.

What's great about it: Easy to follow; the Learn More sections usually answered any questions I might have had about a topic.
What's not so great: Initially, the program would not load.
