Turbo Tax rocks

I like Turbo tax because it's really easy to use. It has been the software for me for a lot of years now. Switching to a different one is just far-fetched; there is absolutely no sense to do so.
What's great about it: Very user-friendly
What's not so great: Not inexpensive

I have used Turbo tax for over 10 years and it gets easier every
year...thanks to my Bud Don for recommending it years ago. If TurboTax e-file goes away, I just won't file. Just kidding IRS.

I will buy it again next year. This is my second year using Turbo Tax and it seems to get easier.
What's great about it: easy for me to use
What's not so great: Difficult to understand many of the tax term
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for the last several years and the application is easy to use, The "walk-through" guidance format is easy to follow and helpful in getting the maximum deductions for your return.
What's great about it: Easy to Use and help desk is excellent
What's not so great: Wait time to help desk can be long
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Makes it easy to feel confident

I've used TT for many years and throughout my increasingly complicated tax situations. The program is very easy to use, stays updated automatically, and provides access to a great variety of help and resources. And pulling information through from the past returns is awesome! My only 'con' listed above is that sometimes there is more than one place to put an entry in for an expense, and it's hard for this software to give an exact answer. Most of the time the help section has an answer.
Will continue to use it in the future!

Maxed My Refund

Overal, Turbo Tax is great. It saves me time and I feel confident, I covered every area I need to maximize my refund or minimize my tax due.
What's great about it: I don't have to search for forms
What's not so great: repetitive, had to review the same topic over and over

Each year teaches me and keeps me up to date with what I need to fill out as our financial life situation goes through changes.
What's great about it: See how all financial choices affect your tax situatioon. Great If you live more than one state.
What's not so great: Cost for second state software is almost as high as the main product that includes one free state.
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved
