Couldn't e-file - Form 2441 conflict + fees

No e-file as ex using son's SSN despite Form 2441.
What's great about it: Familiar product
What's not so great: Unable to e-file, additional fees added
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Poor. Still need to improve.
What's great about it: Nice forms and step by step
What's not so great: Have to pay for state and to efile for state. Then would not let me efile.

BE SURE YOUR FEDERAL RETURN IS ACCEPTED BY IRS BEFORE YOU PAY TO E FILE YOUR STATE RETURN.
THE STATE WILL REJECT THAT ONE ALSO.
NO REFUND FROM TURBO TAX CHARGE TO E FILE STATE.

What's not so great: PAID FOR A REJECTED E FILE NO REFUND

Love Turbo Tax

I've been a user of Turbo Tax for about 20 years. I won't use anything else. Thanks for a terrific product and years of continuously excellent results. Keep up the good work.
What's great about it: Ease of use and accuracy
What's not so great: Sometimes tax items can be hard to find, add, or edit.
