Turbo Tax is quick and intuitive. Everything was happy sailing until it was time to tie up the boat. It seams that Turbo Tax is trying to save a tree. Forms would not print, had to take chill pill so I would not blow a gasket.
What's great about it: ezpz
What's not so great: MFer WILL NOT PRINT FORMS!! I like paper

Overall, I would never attempt to do my taxes on my own. TurboTax makes it almost painless - even when I owe money. Thank you for a wonderful program!
What's great about it: Explained each request as you go along.
What's not so great: Difficult to go back to a particular section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Another quick year

I have been using TurboTax for over 10 years. Every year I find the program easier to use even though the tax laws are getting more complicated. Hugh props to the developers
What's great about it: Very concise and easy to operate. Questions are very direct and easy to answer.
What's not so great: Can't think of anything

Clear and Easy

I've used TurboTax for the past 3 years, but I used another tax preparation software prior to that. I switched to TurboTax based on a friend's recommendation. I'm glad I took her advice. TurboTax has consistently given very clear directions and has provided me with the best refund.
What's great about it: TurboTax is very user friendly. Their questions made sense, and I never was unsure of the required information.
What's not so great: None!

I need tt business, which does not show up on first screen and ended up with home and business. had to make a second purchase the next day, LAST MINUTE. But everything eventually worked well just like always.
What's great about it: easy to follow
