Very easy to navigate. Have been using for years..

Have been doing our taxes with TurboTax for years. Love It's Deductible and e-filing. Very good explanations for very complicated tax code. Like that it brings in info from the previous years. Haven't had problems with taxes or had questions that couldn't be answered. Don't know why anyone would use anything else.
What's great about it: Explanations there if you need them, searches for odd documents and takes you right to the place you need

Very good but not perfect

Very good at making sure that you don't miss anything and seeing how the pieces interact. But year after year the same problems crop up if you have home businesses. If you have a husband and wife each with a business and they each use each others cars at times for business and personal, turbo tax calculates deductions incorrectly. There is no work around except to override which causes it to fail. I have had similar problems with multiple home offices in years that I moved, etc. so the software is not very robust in dealing with anything except the most common situations.
What's great about it: finds all the loose ends
What's not so great: still has bugs and makes mistakes on complex situations

I've used TurboTax since we began our small business and love it, especially since it references past years returns and simplifies the process for me.
What's great about it: Easy step by step directions

I like that I can count on Turbo Tax covering all possible revenue and expense areas. However, when the Review is done and there is an area to look at, it is not easy to navigate back through that area to find any mistake or to find where to add additional information. Sometimes it is just that a question was answered wrong and usually that is because the question was not understood.
What's great about it: Covers all possibilities
What's not so great: Not easy to navigate back when there is something wrong

Easy to maneuver from section to section; easy to recheck and/or revise prior sections of the return when completed; like the pop-downs with explanatory comments; smooth running software.
What's great about it: Well supported; well organized; well done
What's not so great: Used program for years - no complaints

Getting Better!

It is a good program because I know how complicated it is. I had to put some information in 3 times...this could easily have been duplicated by the program(so someone isn't talking to someone else to make this more seamless). I also had to go back through it again, because it carried information from 2014 that was no longer there in 2015 causing errors. It is getting better tho!
What's great about it: I'm used to it now, and a computer geek, so I say it is good but...(it could be better)
What's not so great: I had to go through it twice to correct some errors (since I didn't know where the error was generating from)
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
