TurboTax Rocks!!

I love the fact that when I have a particular question, I can find an answer. I have been using turbotax for the past 10 years and it has not failed me yet!!! TurboTax does a great job of transferring last year's information so I don't have to dig through my last year's taxes to look for certain information. Love, love the program.
What's great about it: Easy to use,, up to date with tax forms
What's not so great: Dislike the fact that when I go through to review my selections, it makes me reselect my choices.

My favorite words are "Great job! You're almost done." These words of encouragement actually make me feel light and happy while I'm going through the process of doing my taxes. Thanks for the encouragement, guys. I love it!

I enjoyed using TT yet again. Long-time user. My one wish is that to keep up with Turbo Tax, it didn't require an OS upgrade as often. It seems it should stay compatible with legacy operating systems for a longer period of time. It is the one factor giving me pause to consider other products when it comes tax time. Otherwise, I'm very pleased once again. Thank you.
What's great about it: Smooth, clear process.
What's not so great: System requirements
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

i HAVE NEVER DONE THIS BY MYSELF BEFORE, i HAVE ALWAYS HAD SOME ONE HELP ME WITH MY TAXES.THE STEP BY STEP PROCESS MAKES ME FEEL LIKE I FILED THE MOST ACCURATE RETURN POSSIBLE, AND I DID IT OWN MY OWN. NO ONE BUT US KNOWS I OWED THIS YEAR. IT IS A GOOD RETURN, AND FOUND A FEW DETAILS THAT SAVED ME MONEY.
