Not Happy

I have use your product for 4 years now, and the last two years I purchase CD's in store only to have some kind of problem with your software not working like it should,
If I cant solve this problem this time I made use a different product next time
What's great about it: your software has all expense
What's not so great: your program has problems not working right

Clarification

I continue to use Turbo Tax because it's user friendly and up to date with the IRS changes. However, there were two places that I could have used some clarification...a live person to give me correct directions.
What's great about it: Majority of the instruction were complete and provided IRS examples
What's not so great: Line 6B Retirement...worksheet no clear understanding; possibly lost money here

Worth the cost

Was disappointed that the program didn't show my 2014 business figures and information for comparison. I loaded 2014 twice and still had nothing. I had to fill in many details that should have been loaded from 2014.
What's great about it: Was able to do everything electronically
What's not so great: Turbo Tax did not load my business figures from 2014 after 2 tries.

Many hidden HIGH charges

After buying the program, I had to pay to download every state I needed to file in. Then there was a charge to file to pay my tax AND then there was a charge to receive a refund and an additional charge to use a credit card.

Turbo Tax makes it easy for a common person to complete their taxes, no matter how involved their situation may be.

Good 'til almost the end!

I like using Turbo Tax because it knows all the right questions to ask.
What's great about it: Thorough, easy to follow
What's not so great: At the end, the program had trouble submitting my refund. Ihad to try several times before it was successful.

perhaps a bit more work to be done

Thought in previous years I could access the program by the icon installed at the dock area on my mac. This year I had to go to applications in order to access the program. Had to think this one through a couple of times in order to open the program. Im not sure if this is a security feature or what, but certainly would like a bit more explaining. Especially when under duress completing this years taxes!
What's great about it: most of the programs runs without a hitch
What's not so great: the icon should be the way you open the program
