Good product

I've used TurboTax for the last 15 years and have been pleased with the product. I will definitely keep using TurboTax. Every new tax year brings a new version of the product. It keeps getting better and easier to navigate. This year it seemed to ask more questions and that;'s a good thing. Nothing gets left out and I trust TurboTax to help me get the best refund. There's a glitch with printing the Vouchers for Estimated Tax. The Voucher will not print so that the address fits in the window in the envelope provided by the IRS for the 1040-ES vouchers.
What's great about it: Can go easily back and forth between Forms and Step by step
What's not so great: Bit of trouble getting answers to questions
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Have used it for severl years and it make doing my taxes easy. I Like that I can sart and stop when I want so I can do a little at a time.
What's great about it: Easy to use, walks you through the return
What's not so great: Cannot sort forms (Schedule B) so various accounts are not in order and hard to find when importing last years

I have used TurboTax for many years now and it makes doing taxes easier than ever, and we like the fact that the documents are professionally presented to the IRS. Audit support is an extra precaution well worth thecost.

Great tool

I could not do my tax returns myself without turbo tax. It is a complex return and Turbo tax walks me right through what I need.
What's great about it: Easy, pulls all info from year before, allows you to do multiple returns
What's not so great: No cons
