2016 tax

If it wasn't such a pain in the fire and casualty section I wpould have been done quickly
What's great about it: fix mistakes easily
What's not so great: took forever in the fire deduction area

Great way to do taxes

I do like the product as it has gotten better every year for doing taxes but not going the extra mile to assist us in our finances and future taxes.
What's great about it: Clear and Straight
What's not so great: Had to make an entry at almost the very last step. The requirement for it should have been found much earlier.

Excellent Program

I have used Turbo Tax for several years - from simple household income to personal/business/rental property taxes. Have always been able to prepare my taxes quickly and correctly.
What's great about it: Simple to use, provides good information
What's not so great: Additional Cost for Multiple States
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

User Friendly

I have been using Turbo Tax since the early '80s. Very easy to use. I have always been pleased. It is always double checking your entries. If something does not look right, turbo tax will question you. Plus if you use turbo tax the next year, your basic information can be brought forward.

Disappointed

I used TurboTax Deluxe in past years, but since they have removed some key features from Deluxe, I had to use Home and Business. It was too complicated. I will consider other tax software next year.
What's great about it: It worked
What's not so great: It was much more complicated than old Turbo Tax Deluxe
