Issue with changing info on worksheet and it did not upload to the form. Sometimes it is difficult to open the supporting documentation block to enter info.
What's great about it: Guidance all the way

Hard job, but you made it easier

My taxes are quite complicated and each year, I worry that maybe I should go to a CPA. However, then I just decide to try Turbo Tax again and I can do it myself (with your help). I'm on the automatic Turbo Tax list and I'm sure happy I am. All my kids file using Turbo Tax also. They used to go to H&R Block, but the girl who did my son's taxes altered them after the signed the forms and sent in fraudulent forms. It cost him money, even though H&R Block reimbursed him. It was such a hassle. Thanks for being so up-to-date with everything!
What's great about it: You can go back and forth to change things

Lessons learned

Great for busy people who need the confidence that they are getting the max deductions, and all considerations to pay proper taxes. Just as competent as paid preparers I have used in the past, only more convenient and educational. I will be able to be more prepared and sensible next year at tax time thanks to the TurboTax Software.
What's great about it: Fairly easy
What's not so great: Review shows items not covered in the original input screens. Tough to fix without background information, and research

I have been using Turbo Tax for a long-time and never had a problem in obtaining an IRS address for my tax return.
What's great about it: Personal CPA back-up to personal tax problems and what to expect from the IRS requirements.
What's not so great: I am mailing my tax return to the IRS Office and the Turbo Tax Program has not identified the IRS address for mailing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)
