I have used turbo tax for the last 10 years and I have had no problems .Great product.
What's great about it: fast & acurate
What's not so great: you have to figure out what some error are.

Difficult to determine exclusion amount on my NJ pension. Does not give me proper guidance on 3 year rule.

I use your program for probably 15 years. or more. and will use it again next year.
What's great about it: Program makes it easy to file and keep track of exprense.
What's not so great: None

Telephone support was timely and on target.

Overcoming my angst about submitting any errors to the dreaded IRS is not easy. But Turbo tax phone support won my confidence plus TT dealt with an simple honest mistake I made in reporting an EIN with clear instructions online. I am a very long time TT user and have found TT to help me avoid conflict with the IRS, and TaxAudit proved me right and defended me successfully with ease at the IRS. Accuracy is the key, and TT strives for accuracy, not an easy task given the IRS complexity and overreach.

Taxes Were Fairly Easy

Overall it was an easy, pleasurable experience. But, we have never been able to file electronically and that is frustrating.
What's great about it: Easy to understand directions
What's not so great: Depreciation area was not intuitive

Quicker Every Year

I can't imagine doing taxes without TurboTax. Automatic import of complex forms from brokers really speeds up the process.
The running tally really let's you see the tax impact of decisions made throughout the year.
The estimated quantities don't show up as clearly as they once did. Final review catches them but it would be nice to see them summarized before that.
Placeholders in multiple places would be useful with a menu to quickly navigate to them (and not rehash previously answered questions).
All in all, Turbo Tax is a huge time saver...
What's great about it: Easy to use in both modes: self navigating and "step by step"
What's not so great: Fields marked as estimated not as clear as in previous years
