Quick, dependable

I have been using TurboTax for decades now. I have seen many, many improvements and enjoyed the evolution of this software. If you have the ability to reconcile your bank account then you would be able to file your returns too.
What's great about it: simple, questions and answers, questions answered
What's not so great: the vulnerability of information
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

TurboTax makes filing so easy

I've used TurboTax for 6 years and wouldn't want to file my taxes any other way. The program is very user friendly. It walks you through every step, every detail, and is easy to look up questions. I recommend TurboTax when engaged in a conversation about filing taxes!
What's great about it: very detailed, help feature is great, easy to use
What's not so great: None
