Ease of Use

I have used this program for over 10+ years and it has helped me complete my personal and business taxes. I have never once had a problem with understanding the instructions and explanations of each form.
What's great about it: Easy to start from the beginning, installation to filing.
What's not so great: none

LOVE TURBO TAX

LOVE TURBO TAX!!!! I am terrible at math, but was tired of paying an accountant every year for my taxes. Now that I use Turbo Tax, I will likely never need to use a CPA again!
What's great about it: Easily understood prompts; fast; mistake-proof
What's not so great: It didn't explain the filing pin code very well
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Can't get easier than TurboTax

I couldn't be happier in the way my returns turned out. I have been using TurboTax now for 5 years and each year, it gets better and better. Thank you Intuit.
What's great about it: Easy step-by-step instructions that a 5th grader could follow.
What's not so great: Very few explaination fields in the state returns, unlike the Federal which is loaded with information.

Turbo Tax Return & E-file

You need to also provide a confirmation that the state return was e-filed with the date of transmission.

What's not so great: Did not inlcude a separte sheet stating that the State Tax was efiled with the date. It only shows Fed. return was E-fi

First time business owner, excellent experience

I am a long time turbo tax user for my personal taxes, however last year i started a small business. I was worried that i would need to hire an accountant to do my taxes, but an accountant was really expensive. I bought turbo tax home and business and crossed mt fingers. And i'm so happy i went this direction. i was able to do my personal and business taxes in just a few hours. I will definitely be using turbo tax again next year!
What's great about it: walks you through everything step by step, easy to install and use, questions were answered thoroughly,

Extremely helpful

Gets easier to navigate every year. Appreciate the design and efficiency of the entire product.
What's great about it: Good flow on interview process
What's not so great: got stuck on depreciation recapture and help page showed others had same issue
