Your program assumes all taxpayers live in the USA.
for Example:

Credit card payment only has options for US states addresses...BAD
Identity only has options for US drivers license Holders...BAD
Overall a bad experience for non resident US citizens. Please update your software accordingly...It is real easy to do!

excess scrolling

after each section you have to scroll to CONTINUE why not just hit enter --- then when get to diff incomes etc you have to keep scrolling to the bottom to get to CONTINUE

Small Business Review: Just OK

Bought the Personal and Business version as I operate a single-member LLC. The software went through a two-part process to ask overview questions first and then tax specific financial questions second. It did not have great guidance for my particular business formation. In addition, if you use Intuit's QuickBooks and import the data from there, you may find yourself in a precarious position of having to find errors related to payroll accounting without the Turbo Tax software displaying any of that information for your review. I only found the oversight as I was printing off the final version of my tax filings and had to completely recreate my company and its information in both Quick Books and Turbo Tax. Long story short is: I give the software an overall B+, but you better make sure that you do not make a mistake in answering any of its questions and specifically check the defaults for the Schedule C categories in the Quick Books software, it could costs you thousands of dollars.
What's great about it: Plenty of Questions
What's not so great: Don't Make a Mistake
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Everything went well. The directions and examples were very helpful.
What's great about it: The examples and directions were very good and helpful.
What's not so great: TurboTax home and business does not cover C Corp. This should be correct in the marketing advertisements.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Business expense problems

Had so much trouble with business expense because we have two homes with an office in each. Schedule C would not let me apportion both homes despite the fact I listed it at 50% each. Kept telling me I had to list in Section C, yet was not able to do it. Very frustrating!
What's great about it: easy to use mainly
What's not so great: business expense a bear
Pros: I bought or sold investments
