Truly Optimized My Time

I have been using TurboTax for several years now, and it just keeps getting better every year. If paperwork were a dance, I would have two left feet when filing taxes. TurboTax definitely helps me with "my rhythm" by bringing down my prep time. The audit meter towards the end is quite reassuring, also. This year I was slowed down a bit with a 1099 MISC form, which I had not received before and was not accustomed to. I was quite surprised that TurboTax wasn't as instructive, detailed and clear in that segment as it typically is in other segments/areas, but it definitely will not be a deterring factor, in my case, as I will definitely continue to use TurboTax for a long time to come!
What's great about it: Very efficient and streamlined
What's not so great: 1099 MISC component was a little deficient with explanations and clarifications
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE PROVIDES EXCELLENT SUPPORT.

Easy to do

This was so simple! I was afraid to do this as I did not know what to expect from being a small business owner and how my filings would change. I found this to be easy, done in a few hours and I went through every screen.
Would like some of the child / dependent questions up front so that I could easily skip those on the individual forms.
What's great about it: This was the easiest thing to do...and it included my little business.

Taxes made so simple

I have done our taxes through turbo tax for 10 years now! This includes my 3 children's, my parents, an elderly friend as well. This is the simplest way to do your taxes. It guides you though every step of the way. I even have a business and it makes it so simple!
What's great about it: Guides you easily through the whole process

Makes it Easy

I enjoy using Turbo Tax because I can do my taxes and I don't have to share my info with anyone.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions and checks the refund
What's not so great: I can do my taxes myself
