Great Program

I have been using this program for over 13 years and every year it seems to get better if that is possible.
What's great about it: Makes the complicated easy!
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and each year it gets better. The logical flow and the help fields are great. The error checking function is also wonderful.
What's great about it: Easy to use, provides all the necesary informatoin
What's not so great: None

Turbo tax

I've been using turbo tax for many years now but each year I've been getting more frustrated with it's accuracy and ability to check what the program is doing when results are questionable. I'm thinking of making a switch next year.
What's not so great: getting worse each year. Harder to find information and navigate through the document

TurboTax was Easy!

Using TurboTax to file my taxes was a breeze. We don't have a complicated return, but there are lots of pieces to our return because of multiple children, multiple jobs, work travel, etc. TurboTax walked me through every step of preparing and filing my taxes - and I felt like the system was very thorough at reviewing every possible deduction for us. I will definitely use TurboTax again next year!
What's great about it: Walked you through filing your taxes, step by step.
What's not so great: I occasionally had to look up tax laws on the internet just to clarify some questions that I had.

I had two issues this year with the program. One was with The rental property section, I must have used the "back" button too many times as I went in and out one property's information eventually Turbo Tax deleted the records all together and I had to re-enter ALL the property information from the beginning, not fun since all the info was carry over from past years.
The second was trying to delete a K-1 form I accidentally clicked into. I never entered any information just opened it and backed out, but the form was attached and the Smart check flagged it as an error due to the lack of information. I was unable to delete the forms until I entered fake info in the name box and then I was able to close out of the section and then re-open when I reopened the K-1 section I was able to chose edit or delete.
What's great about it: Good - easy to use as always
What's not so great: Few minor bugs in forms

Used for many years continue to be a fan
What's great about it: quick and easy to complete
What's not so great: downloading a few w-2s and brokerage statements required calling the provider
