The software was fine. I had trouble filing. when I got past charge my credit card I could not sign in. After that there were multiple phone calls and waits before I could get this taken care of. if it had not been for your representative I would have thrown a fit.

Pretty Easy

I use this service every year this is the first time it failed me. I'm glad i filed early
What's great about it: easy to read and understand
What's not so great: went to pay with my master card and it would not accept it and could find a number to call to process payment

worked out great. I have a business with 5 employees and my wife is a teacher. We rented our house out this year and the home and business program covered all the necessary filings.

Easy Peasy

The hardest part of completing my return was organizing all of my records in the right order. Once I had that done, it was very easy walking through the return step by step and answering the questions.
I have used Turbo Tax for a long time, and I don't know if the flag in the upper right-hand corner is new or not, but it was very helpful, when I had something that I needed to check on, to be able to flag it and come back to it later.
What's great about it: I liked being walked through the return step by step
What's not so great: It wasn't completely clear that the 1099 that I received for my business was supposed to be entered on Schedule C.

Someone who uses TurboTax for the first time will feel like he's just discovered a lawnmower for the grass he previously cut with scissors!
Congrats on earning me, yet again, as a "returning" customer... every year, for 30 years (since the ChipSoft TurboTax days). This year was so easy that I actually felt uneasy, as though I'd missed something. I scrutinized both the Fed and State returns inspecting every detail. Everything was in order. Thanks for a great product (still)!
Suggestion: Intuit should arrange with the states to allow us to debit our checking accounts for paying stat taxes like we do when paying Fed taxes. Just a thought!

What's great about it: Fast, Intuitive, Helpful. Guidance is clear and concise
What's not so great: No guiding support for house-transfer resulting from divorce
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Can't figure out a way to make it simpler. It takes me less time every year to do it. I love that all the info from the previous year transfers. Happy to get it done as quickly as possible.
