Program hung when I went to efile, had to reboot laptop.
I forgot my account password and was sent to a wrong support tel number.
Tried to pay without account and it wouldn't take my AM EXP card. Finally took a Visa card
This is the first year I've had such problems after many years of using TT.
What's great about it: overall great
What's not so great: some hangs at the end

What about form ssa1099 never shows up

Works great...multiple years now!

TurboTax works great. Read other reviews and haven't had any of the negative experiences other people claim they have experienced. Have used TurboTax for multiple years now (don't remember how many...certainly more than 5 years) without any problems. Very efficient way to do your taxes especially for those who own a business and have business expenses to claim. Find the accuracy check to be very valuable every year. Helps ensure a sense of confidence. Highly recommend TurboTax to anybody who wants to save money and maximize their return.
What's great about it: Easy to use, very efficient, accuracy check helpful
What's not so great: None
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Easy Peasy Return

I love Turbo Tax. I was nervous at first to do my own returns, but turbo tax made it easy and stress free. It asked all the right questions and walks you through your return step by step. I especially liked the new IRA calculator this year, because it showed me how changing my contribution level affected my return instantly.

Been using Turbo Tax for many years and have always been satisfied with the format, ease, and plain language. I would like to add that FYI when you go to the accountant you do all the preliminary work and bring a compiled list of everything you need to complete- duh, and then you pay for having that info you did placed on a format for filing. Disclaimer: If you are a multi-millionaire with complex stocks, bonds etc businesses. you more then likely may want to use an accountant.
