Gets Easier to Use Every Year

I've been using TurboTax since the first edition. Every year it's easier to use and the Help Center is even more helpful.
Even though I've been using TurboTax for many years, I always go through every section and make sure I don't miss anything.
The questions asked are easy to understand, with extra help available at each step.
I will continue to use TurboTax for years to come.
What's great about it: Help Center is a great Resource.
What's not so great: Could use more information relating to my business model

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and even when we started a home based business I just changed over to the home and business software. I always feel confident I am getting the maximum return available and with no errors. I love that you can e-file right away too.
What's great about it: Walks you through every step and even tells you about deductions you didn't even know about.

Unusual tax situation this year

I thought I might have to go to a tax accountant this year because I earned income I don't normally have; it's a one time event. Turbo Tax enabled me to complete my 1040. Unfortunately, I had a large tax bill, but Turbo Tax can't change that.
What's great about it: Questions/answers guiding me step by step through forms
What's not so great: Finding estimated tax section under other tax situations
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Easiest year yet

Navigating around a different way finally showed me where the number came from. Didn't expect federal withholding to be combined with previous year's state tax filing payment. Also like the way carryover loss treatment was explained.
What's great about it: good navigation choices/ flow, help info, auto Fidelity download
What's not so great: Was a bit puzzled where withholding and last years state showed up combined.

Thirty year customer

In 1985 I sold my CPA practice and needed a program to do taxes for myself and a few friends and family, TurboTax has done the job very well for my purpose. I have recommended it to several people.
What's great about it: Ease of use, prior year carryovers, confidence in program.
What's not so great: None

Always dependable

The only problem I had this year was with our Farm account. Not sure if I can even fault TurboTax for this, believe it has more to do with the Government! haha
