Very pleased

Have used TurboTax several years now and will continue to do so. Very happy with this product!
What's great about it: Easy to use, explanations understandable
What's not so great: would like a small pop up showing me exactly, my info, what I may be deleting

Taxes aren't fun, but this makes it easy and I have confidence that I got everything input.

Frustrated this year.

I had a bit of trouble this year, have called three times. Eventually my issues were resolved but it was frustrating.
What's great about it: easy for the most part
What's not so great: always have a hard time finding the home business deductions section.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I moved

great software

been using Turbo Tax for many years for both personal and business. My taxes were pretty complex this year due to business, purchasing home, and cashing in pension. Turbo Tax walked me through everything and was completely accurate. Because of the complexity, I had a CPA review my return. He said everything was 100% correct. There was one item he thought I needed to change, however after going through the process and checking several sources, we discovered that Turbo Tax was accurate all along.
What's great about it: accurate and goes through everything - better than a CPA
What's not so great: complex issues some times hard to get accurate answers to
Pros: I bought or sold investments, I moved

Love Turbo Tax. Cannot imagine doing my small business or personal taxes without it!
What's great about it: easy, pop up windows answered questions immediately
What's not so great: sometimes after going "back" you didn't return exactly where you had been

Greatful for the refund

Some of your reps are very good, and helpful, and some need more training to help us. Since I bought through Amazon this year, no one could or would screen share with me except one person who knew how to from Windows 10, and he was super helpful. Definitely buy it from your website next year. I like learning how to do my own taxes, save money, and all you have to do is ask a question on their site or call. It can take a long time to reach someone close to tax deadline, but that is to be expected.
What's great about it: I like saving money doing my taxes, and there is always someone to help on phone plus right on software any questions
What's not so great: better to get it on their website vs buying on desktop, only one person could screenshare this year
