Made filing extremely easy

This is the second year I've used TurboTax and I'm quite satisfied. I'll continue to use the product.
What's great about it: Questions and instructions were clear and easy to understand
What's not so great: Could use a bit more help with K-1

Poor Performance

Had to start all over with tax information and then information got lost and could not be retrieved. I thought your product was terrible this year.

SOOOOO Easy to use

I guess the best recommendation could be the shortest...Always good and each year is better.
What's great about it: very easy, always improved, always better
What's not so great: Have to move the mouse too many times because link buttons are never in the same place on the screen

Solid program, sketchy help

I used the program for over 10 years. The help files became more and more esoteric for non-tax professionals, such as myself. The links to information sometimes lead to even more complex documents.
I wonder whether the explanations could be dumbed down a little, and provide more examples, as in the past.
What's great about it: thorough
What's not so great: sometimes difficult to navigate

My first experience with Turbo Tax vs. my CPA.

I had to download from the IRS Site the 1041 US Income Tax Return forms for Estates and Trusts and the IT-205 Fiduciary Income Tax return from NY State. It would have been nice, if these forms were included.
What's great about it: Excellent program, easy to use
What's not so great: Did not have 1041 or IT-205 for my family trust
