I have used this product for many many years, and I love it!
What's great about it: Clear, easy to use, automatically puts in last year's information
What's not so great: If you need part of a section, you have to go through the whoie section

Efficient as always

Having used TurboTax for a decade or more, I know what to expect. It seemed even faster to move from Federal to State this year, only asking a dozen questions and viola, I was done. Efficient is the term I use. Thanks for speeding it up, TurboTax.
What's great about it: I've used TurboTax for years. It feels familiar and leads me to filing efficiently.
What's not so great: As always, I need to collect the basic information, which takes time.

Lowered my Debt

Easy to work with. Help was only a phone call away. I know, I had to talk to someone to help me through a problem area. Sold on Turbo Tax.
What's great about it: Led me through every possible category in an effort to keep my exposure as small as possible.
What's not so great: none

So Many Ads

Please, stop with the ads. Or allow me to opt out at some point. Adds significant time to the amount it takes me to do my taxes.
What's great about it: Great, easy to use
What's not so great: at least 100 times it tried to sell me something I didn't want

Love Using Turbo Tax! Thank you again!

We have been filing our taxes with Turbo Tax since 1997 and this was the easiest year yet.
I was delighted to see improved areas for entering info on farm government payments that we receive without a 1099-G. Thank you for listening to the small farmers that use TT! I have referred many family members and friends in our small area to TT to file taxes for their small farming business and I hope they have listened.
I admit that I did become frustrated at all the government questions that I needed to answer and look up to remove a vehicle from our depreciation schedule! Got through it though and all is good again!
Also, I found that I needed to remove a couple carry-over items that got entered in twice as well as having had to enter some in manually because they didn't carry over at first only to find them magically reappear when I was doing my final review before submitting my taxes. But that was a minor easy fix compared to having to re-enter it year after year.
Now my husband only asks me if I am sure that I have got it all entered rather than the first year of giving me grief because I wanted to use TT and do it myself instead of getting our return back only to find his "accountant" missed most of our information and had to re-do it. As I told him then, I have to find all the information and write it down for someone else to enter and then wait and wait and wait until he has it done wrong the first time. Why not just enter it in myself as I list it and then our taxes are done! We will be back next year!
What's great about it: Overall, very easy to work through all the questions.
What's not so great: Removing my vehicle from the depreciation schedule was very challenging!

Not as good as previous years

Doing taxes is never fun, and this year's Turbo Tax didn't ameliorate the situation. It was flaky and unpredictable.
What's great about it: I guess (hope?) it calculated my taxes correctly.
What's not so great: TurboTax kept hanging up, getting into dead-ends and going in circles.

Smile and file before 4/15

I would highly recommend using TurboTax. I like the import feature based on our previous year taxes and the walk through is simple to use. One feature that I found helpful regarding K-1's. It looks like they finally fixed the K-1 entry forms and now it allows you to update old K-1's with current information while retaining the correct data fields.
What's great about it: Easy to use and find errors
What's not so great: Failed to load my fees from my investment account so I had to enter it manually. Plus the password reset failed.

It is supposed to be easier but you spend a lot of time going through the same item several time to edit something.
What's great about it: Saves time
What's not so great: Help not as easy as in past versions
