Impressive

I was initially unhappy about needing to upgrade to the Home and Business edition, especially since I only needed two extra forms, but after using it I realize it is a very good value.
In addition to the tremendous convenience of importing information from your prior year return, I love the way the desktop version of TurboTax imports from my Quickbooks. And it allows me to re-import the Quickbooks if I need to make some last minute updates in Quickbooks -- without having to rework anything else in TurboTax.
And the support is top notch. They have always been able to take care of me for every question or problem I encountered -- no need to ever escalate a case or get the call transferred to a more senior agent -- their staff is very well trained on both program issues as well as tax issues.
Quite amazing, actually.

Better than last year!

After last year, I, and many of my friends, almost didn't come back to TurboTax, but your product description and pricing was upfront this year and your product worked as advertised. I've used your product for decades and now never use your "walk you through it" feature, but just go straight to the forms. I do appreciate the ability to see what I did last year side by side with this years form.
Biggest Gripe:
Before last year, your Deluxe Version included a basic Schedule C and E, but not the extra hand holding. These past two years now you eliminated that option in the Deluxe Version and make us go to the most expensive product. When we don't need all the extras, just the basic forms. Money is very tight. Would appreciate that option returned to the middle level product.

What's great about it: Simple, straight forward, very little confusion, big return.
What's not so great: Some value features historically in deluxe version, now only in most expensive version.

Turbo Tax makes doing my taxes so easy. If you can read and follow instructions, then you can use Turbo Tax! This is the 5th year I've used Turbo Tax and I have all intentions on using it in the years to come! Extremely satisfied with the program and its ease of use!! Thank you so much Turbo Tax!!

Good product

Good product ... But, I really wish TurboTax would allow for a review of the forms along the way like in previous versions. Just like Quicken, they want to dumb down the process so you have to use them instead of understanding some of the technical calculations.
What's great about it: Easy to use
What's not so great: Don't allow you to review forms during the input process, like in older versions

Brain dead approach

It's perfectly easy to do. This is my 4th times using it. So everything make perfect sense to me.
only complaint is there is no going back button on error review, once you enter something it becomes permanent. I think last year I enter something wrong, I see my return drop by couple hundred dollars. This time I am a little more careful on how I enter things during review error finding session
