I like the ease of answering the questions needed. I like the definition links if I have a question.
I do not like having questions to correct something like an oil and gas investment partnership and not see the lines being referenced relative to the numbers of boxes checked.

What's great about it: Calculates
What's not so great: Don't get to see the lines mentioned for corrections, such as LLCs.

Excellent for the most part

This was the first time I have done our taxes myself, so there were a few things I got stuck on and could've used some more explanation. But, the program did help me find some things I didn't even know I could use, so it was great overall. I would recommend it and will probably use it again!

What's not so great: A bit more in the explanations

good help and good overall process

I have used turbo (not the online copy) for years and love the home and business version - since I am self-employed. The help is great and I like that I can work through the different areas and easily go back through later to add or change. Using Turbo makes me feel like a professional tax person!
What's great about it: Like that I can go through with the interview style first and then explore on my own to go back and add or edit categori
What's not so great: when going back through some of the categores, the prior entries (mostly check box type things) are not retained

Really easy, step by step

I own a business, work outside the home, have a rental property, student loan payments, have a mortgage, just a pretty busy life. Turbo Tax made it really easy to navigate between all of it. I feel confident that my taxes are complete.
What's great about it: Checked for deductions like my student loan interest

Great for individuals, small businesses sole proprietors, LLC, Corp, S Corp, etc.
Helps you learn about taxes along the way.
What's great about it: Provides a lot of help information to help along the way (step by step)
What's not so great: Have step by step help availability when u chose 2 open up a new form

Quick and Easy

Other than the fact that I had to spend some time just entering the information, the entire process with turbo tax was a breeze. Easy to use and I am always satisfied with my results.
