Easy Peasy

This program is very easy to use. I've used it for several years now. As long as you keep your records, you'll find using TurboTax a cinch. I previously paid an accountant several hundred dollars, and decided to give TurboTax a try. If you're on the fence, I suggest you try it. Compare it to your previous years taxes that you paid a lot of money to be prepared.
What's great about it: Super Easy
What's not so great: Was hoping for a refund... and finding a nickname to use was crazy!

Couldn't be easier

I've been using Turbo Tax for three years and I can't imagine using any other software. I feel that my information is secure (most important!) and it is so easy that I can't imagine hiring a service.
What's great about it: It was very easy, I felt secure
What's not so great: Couldn't find my returns from last year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Still Easy After All These Years

I have used Turbo Tax every year for at least a quarter of a Century, maybe more, and I expect to continue to use it as long as I can. It's that good.
What's great about it: Accurate calculations and clear instructions
What's not so great: Must have been some, but I really can't think of any.
Pros: I bought or sold investments

Great with some tax background

What's great about it: If you have no tax knowledge, you will get most of your refund
What's not so great: If you have some tax knowledge, particularly with deduction, you will always get more back than just following the scrip

GOOD,IF YOU ONLY HAVE W-2'S . IF YOU HAVE A BUSINESS WITH INCOME OVER 100,000 DON'T USE TURBO TAX ! GO TO A PRO. POOR HELP WHEN THERE'S AN NOL OR CREDIT CARRY FORWARD
What's not so great: POOR INFO ON FORM 3800 AND ON NOL FORM 1045 HELP

Only Turbo Tax

I love turbo tax. I've done my own taxes every year with TT for the past decade. I work too hard for my money to trust someone else to figure out all of the details, of which they know nothing, of getting the biggest refund for me and my family.
I no longer have my own business and I'm looking forward to a shorter TT experience next year.

Easty to Follow Directions

Overall ease of use has some useful items for truck drivers but not all. Can be improved. But still a good tool.

this is the 3rd year i have used turbo tax
this year it would not let me efile because of some phony bccmi
said i used to meny digets on my cred card last year for my middle initial strange since i do not have a middle initial
I can not talk to a real person your help system is phony
at first you let me pay on line
you let me enter all my information then said no because
i cant efile
I will tell as many people as possible about my miserable experence
