There was no problem going through the tax process with this software. The step by step approach was easy to follow and got all the information for the returns. I was glad not to have to duplicate information on the state form that was available on the federal form. Allowing me to choose how and when to file is great. Thanks for the app.
What's great about it: Being led ensured I did not leave anything out. Bringing data forward from previous year is great.
What's not so great: Not totally consistent when there was no data. Some items zero filled some did not.

Easy Does IT!

Everything follows a logical pattern . One question leads to another and the data gathered is saved and used as a reference. It all works for me.
What's great about it: No problem at all, I have been doing this for about twenty years and each year seems better.
What's not so great: None

What's great about it: Can flip from forms to Step by Step at any time.
What's not so great: Mileage deductions could be simpler, especially when using the same vehicle in multi businesses.

Quirky but Good!

This was the poorest implementation of TurboTax in many years. I use the forms method and the data entry caused the program to jump to other forms as I entered data. I spent more time preparing my taxes this year because of this "stability" issue.
What's great about it: A complete set of forms and instructions
What's not so great: On my Mac, the forms were not stable in that they jumped from form to form as i entered data

Turbo is awesome!

TurboTax made this years super complicated filing a BREEZE!! I was stuck in a few areas, but a fast phone call, small wait and I spoke with a technician who not only helped me, but controlled my PC and walked me thru every step of the way!!
What's great about it: easy to use, can talk to a LIVE person!!
