Have used TurboTax for years for tax preparation purposes. It is easy to use with step-by-step guidance. Explanations are readily available as well as help guides.
What's great about it: EASY TO USE
What's not so great: NOTHING SPECIFIC

Best way to do your taxes!

Between this software setup for the layperson to enter their info and my accountant (who just checks over my work for me and who also happens to be my dad), this is the best way to do your taxes. I only missed a couple of things with respect to my business that my dad had to help me fix. Other than that, everything I did on my own was correct. What is there to really complain about? If I can do it, you can too!
What's great about it: Questions are asked in a way that you don't have to be a bean counter to answer.
What's not so great: Sometimes when you go back to edit certain sections it forgets what you put in the first time & you have to answer again

I use TurboTax every year to file our personal and business tax return. The step by step process makes it extremely easy to use and makes sure you don't forget anything.
