What's great about it: Walked me through what I considered complicated compared to Federal
What's not so great: Did not answer my question if Medicare Supplement or Medicare D were subsidized health care for Ohio return

to be honest...It seemed more confusing this year. At the end before I submitted I needed a pin number. I got that, but didn't know until I submitted it, that it needed to be on my 1040. Also the electronic signature cost money so I also did not sign it. I am sure I will be getting my return back.

Had a Bug, But the Customer Service was Superior

Our taxes are pretty straightforward, so TurboTax makes sense for us to file ourselves. I have been doing our family's for the last ten years, and the software continues to be easy to use and understand. There have been times where I've questioned how to input certain forms (other than the W-2s), but overall, the answers were relatively easy to find. This year, there was an issue processing the payment for our state within the program and I had to contact TT Support to pay over the phone. Though it wasn't a particularly quick fix (I had to be transferred to two different departments), the representatives I spoke to were absolutely wonderful. Upbeat, helpful, apologetic for the issues...in short, they both were everything a good customer service rep should be when trying to troubleshoot a problem. They resolved to stay on the phone until it was worked out, and ultimately, they were able to fix the problem so that I could file. Very impressed by their service. Thank you!

HAppy Experience

Enjoyed using the product. All questions were addressed and answered. Turbo Tax made the 2015 Tax season easy to complete. I did not find any shortcomings with the program. I believe the "Cons" experienced were associated with my lack of knowledge dealing with the tax filing process; however, it was all resolved by the application. Thank you Turbo Tax for getting me through another year
What's great about it: Ease of walking through the Software with the on-line support
What's not so great: Novice - Limited tax experience - not software related
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

What's not so great: review means refilling data already covered. mileage worksheet confusing
