Great Product

I liked the way Turbo Tax is easy, and lets you enter information either through an interview, or through picking your own income, deductions. Don't like the constant having to go to the end of the page to go forward and continue, but got used to it. Also, kind of miss the videos TT used to have when they first started.
What's great about it: Easy to Access, Easy to understand and use.
What's not so great: Don't like the way you have to constantly drop down and hit continue to continue

Hurray for Turbo tax.

Turbo Tax is an excellent program. I have a fairly complicated return with several businesses, retirement, Alaska permanent fund dividend, living part of the year in an Alaskan town that charges sales tax, the remainder of the year where there is no sales tax. Turbo tax handles all these with ease. I especially appreciate the way it leads you through the process by asking simple questions (and then it figures out the complicated government forms). Also, I find the program very positive and encouraging. I loved the way I could roll last year's tax return into the next year. I appreciate the backup audit defense option. And all in all, it is well worth the money spent, saving lots over professional tax preparer fees. Thank you Turbo Tax!
What's great about it: Easy to follow. The Help Center answered most of my questions easily.
What's not so great: A little difficult to try to find less common tax forms

I have used Turbo Tax for many years and overall been very satisfied. Last year I used a different software helping a relative with their tax and found it to be very difficult to use. This year I had difficulty with automatic updates which was a bit of a pain, but otherwise everything went smoothly. I have recommended Turbo Tax to all my friends and relatives and will continue doing so.

Still the best

Have been using TurboTax for so long can't remember when I started, except one disastrous year with HR Block software I'll never use again! TurboTax Home &Business has enabled me to do my own taxes, even when I need to consult a tax professional on specific topics. Really like being able to import investments and automatic calculation of business vehicle and home office related depreciation, way too complicated to do by hand! Only issue I've had: inaccuracy of estimated tax payments. Last year big tax payment, this year huge refund. Oh well!
What's great about it: support for complexity of self-employment
What's not so great: calculating estimated tax payments
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I bought or sold investments

Last year I was ready to switch to a different tax package. I did not like how Turbo Tax handle several issues. This year the package worked great! I am back on the Turbo Tax band wagon.
What's great about it: I bought the home and business package this year. It works much better than the Premier.
What's not so great: HSA forms are very confusing. More explanation would be helpful.

Simple filing

Sending forms from bank due to too many items to input manually without making a mistake. Would be nice if could download right into t tax.
What's great about it: Asks all the questions you need to answer
What's not so great: Does not interact with every bank/trust company
