2015 Taxes

Overall the Turbo tax program is the right program for me. Some questions are harder to follow than I would like.
What's great about it: Easy to follow through
What's not so great: Not all questions helped get me to the right answer
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion), I had a baby

Thorough, Some what tedious but that's taxes! However my daughter used your online version and paid 40 extra dollars. I admit that this is confusing. To be nice, you should point out that you can accomplish the same thing using a credit card. It's not very clear.
What's not so great: It would be nice to get to the 1099 forms on the menu line. Some you have to drill down to figure out where they belong

Overall a great program. I have used TurboTax since it first came out. this years was a little frustrating, as the questions for home/business were too vague and did not provide enough guidance for common situations (business space rent, donation of services, etc.). I spent hours having to review and read publications then try to figure out what area of turbo tax to put it in. the final frustration was that TurboTax partnered with an audit defense, but you couldn't actually purchase it on-line if you had the program. You have to call and buy it separately. Not the standard of expectations set by previous years.
I will still use TurboTax in the future, I find it the best program over all, and overall pretty simple. Complicated returns for small businesses do need better explanations.

What's great about it: thorough, good lead questions, pretty detailed
What's not so great: Not good enough explanations for home business users, especially areas like where to put rent, and service donations

What's great about it: GETTING MORE USER FRIENDLY AND EASIER TO UNDERSTAND
What's not so great: COMPLEX TAX CODE - TIME FOR A FLAT TAX
