Good, but a 'lil glitchy this year

I love turbo tax and have used it for several years now. This year, however, it seemed a bit "glitchy", not sure if it's the software or I made an error, but the program would not let me change an entry for an EIN... tried several methods but was not able to edit the entry. Had to revise it in print and mail in the return.
What's great about it: Easy. Cheap
What's not so great: Had some issues...

I could never file taxes on my own again. Turbo Tax is a life changer.
What's great about it: Makes sense out of some things I really don't understand

This is the first time I've completed my own taxes, so I was pretty nervous about making a mistake. The step by step and examples for what and where to put income and expense items was really helpful and I was able to complete most of the information on my own. I did have a couple of questions that I wanted clarified before submitting my return, so I pressed the button for one on one assistance with a tax specialist. I was connected with Denise from Sacramento, Ca. She was fabulous! Answered all my questions, explained as she went.. Thank you Denise! And thank you TurboTax!
What's great about it: Easy to understand, step by step instructions. One on One with a tax specialist
What's not so great: Wish I could see prior year details

Turbotax 2015 Home & Business

Quite easy to use--mostly intuitive. Nice to be able to quit work and have it automatically saved. Next time it opens right to the last page you were working on. Doing the math on depreciation was very helpful. Audit risk potential graph was quite interesting.
The helps were usually helpful, but there a few areas where I would have liked an explanation where there were none. It would have been helpful to tell you to change the files to PDF so you could see what you were printing for your records.
What's great about it: Very useful to be able to see previous years and compare
What's not so great: Trouble determining what pages I really needed to print for my records.

TTax Needs Better Instructions on how to print Ret

The instructions on how to print your return are really lacking. It gives you a "print" button, which leads you to a "print preview" which leads you nowhere. I had to go to the "Help" feature to find out about "Print Center" which will actually allow you to print the return. After you file, virtually every following screen tells you to "print" the return or save it as a ".pdf". Working with the program itself was very easy and intuitive. Trying to print the return was a lesson in frustration.
What's great about it: You had to go to "help" to find out about Print Center to print your return
What's not so great: You have to guess about printing, then after you file, it tells you 4 times to print
