Very easy to proceed

I have been using Turbo Tax for years and will continue.
What's great about it: I liked the simple questions and how easy it was to comprehend
What's not so great: I am fine with the package - getting the info ready to enter was more time consuming
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Not the best for 70 year olds

I have done taxes for over 30 years and had Lacerte and other tax programs. It was better than I expected, but I could not change the amounts on the 1040 ES forms. I will have to cross out the amounts on the forms I send in to the IRS. Not a big thing, but it should be changed.
What's great about it: I was able to go to the forms quickly
What's not so great: Estimated tax forms for 2016 were not friendly. I was unable to change the amounts on the 1040 ES forms

I like that TT walks me through all the steps, but it doesn't have an undo button, so I have to go back through all the steps to undo something. I would also like a "what if" button, so I can see what happens if I go down a certain path, but I don't have to commit to what I've put down in case it is wrong for my situation or I want to see what next year taxes could be like if I do something extra this year. So 2 buttons/features I would like to add - an "Undo Button" and a "What If" scenario button/feature.
What's great about it: Walked me through the steps
What's not so great: Doesn't have an UNDO Button

Software Hung, Problems with Calculations

I am an avid user of TurboTax for the pass 10 years. For some reason, this years taxes application for year 2015, I encountered problems with the calculations being hung with a circular circle rotating and no response. It's scary to think that the current file is possibly corrupted and a NEW file will have to be re-entered all over again. Luckily all if fine ????
Additionally software did not allow you to view ANY forms created for STATE taxes; which I prefer viewing prior to filing. I filed blindly, but hopefully the product guaranteed that it should be correct. Let's cross our fingers !!!!

What's great about it: Easy Navigation of screens
What's not so great: At times the screen would not respond and a circular dotted lines would just constantly rotate. Have to kill software
