I LIKE THAT YOU CAN STOP AND COME BACK TO IT AT ANY TIME. ELECTRONIC FILING IS A NICE BONUS. I APPRECIATE THE ESTIMATED PAYMENT VOUCHERS.

One detail needs correction

The form requires an expiration date for state ID, but Arizona has none. I had to make one up.
What's great about it: Overall very smooth and straight forward
What's not so great: One minor point on stated ID
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

No problems over all with entering required information. I little trouble attempting to go back to change some information entered incorrectly. I have used Turbo Tax for about Ten Years.
What's great about it: no problem filling out and understanding the required information
What's not so great: Charged me for my FREE state filing fee. ($19.99)

The Patience of a Saint!

Have used for many years and hope to continue. Spoke with a service provider twice. Both were calm and collected and walked me through what I needed to do. In the last case it almost took an hour!!
The service that calls you back is great (as long as you don't forget and go off somewhere). (LOL)
What's great about it: Telephone service provider had the patience of Job (biblical).
What's not so great: Nothing.
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

used turbo tax for years. Getting to expensive. Don't like the limit on e files and only one state return. I'll try someone else next year
