Surprised with all the added charges

Paid for 5 states then at e-filing had to pay again to file with the states. Surprises are not welcome

Completed the job

Cons: 1. Very slow. The program crashed a few times leaving me wondering if I'd lost my entries. I didn't, but crashing isn't good. 2. What happened to the 2014 return? I have a listing of the taxes I've paid back to 2011 on my return, but 2014 is blank. It was the first full year after a divorce, where I filed as single, but still the return was filed through TurboTax and the taxes were paid. 3. I was asked to enter the price of an improvement done on a rental property in 2013. The cost of the improvement was in both the 2013 and 2014 returns. Why was it lost?
What's great about it: Easy to use. Generally good directions

What's great about it: Turbotax made it VERY easy for us to figure out where to put all of our details for business, rental properties, & more!
What's not so great: The downside is that it can be a challenge to go back and find a single detail after you've already completed that scren

Inability to Print Screens

I've requested that this be added in prior years, yet it is still not available - please add this functionality for the 2016 versions!
What's not so great: We need to be able to print any screen throughout the use of Turbo Tax, not just the Help screens or the forms!
