Surprised at Free State expiration

Perhaps I should have been aware of the free state expiration at the end of March. Nevertheless, it surprised me and definitely impacted my overall experience and satisfaction.

I've been using Turbo Tax for 15 years.

This was the first year I had to call Turbo Tax for help. The installment sale income from a rental property was very confusing on what to enter or not. Thanks to a very knowledgeable Turbo Tax agent , she walked me through it and made sure all my forms were correct before she disconnected me. She made a stressful tax situation manageable.

What's great about it: I've been very happy with Turbo Tax home & business. It has been very user friendly.
What's not so great: Until this year when I sold some rental property on the installment sale income, then it was difficult to follow.

Turbo Tax was easy to use and understand. However the difficulty downloading the updater should have been corrected prior to releasing the product for sale.

Easy to use

For the first time I went through my biz taxes by MYSELF without having to look up thousands of answers....the help online and the JUMP to screen, made it so much easier to do on my own.
What's great about it: Jump to screens!!!
