As usual do feel the accuracy in tops and totally complete. No need to worry about any part of the return. Also learned more about the tax codes and how to incorporate them
What's great about it: Highly confident is accurately completed.
What's not so great: Had to search a little more to answers this year than past years. Hade the business model though

I have been used Turbo Tax for 10 years. I trust this Software. it has all of necessary things for tax return. it provides everything basic I need. for some special forms, I wish Turbo tax can give me more instructions instead of too generic explanations. more examples will help me to understand how to input.
What's great about it: has lots of options to choose
What's not so great: lack of term explanation

I like this software and I have used it for many years. I wish the cost would decrease, instead of increasing every year.

Not up to the job - disappointing

I have used turbo tax for 20 years. I am very disappointed this year and will probably switch to a professional accountant next year. My husband owns his own business and has several Army work-related expenses to claim. The section for reporting home office and car mileage was just awful. It kept putting us in endless loops that we couldn't get out of or correct the information. We purchased the "Home and business" edition, so expected it to be able to smoothly handle home business expenses. Very disappointing!
What's great about it: Transferred in last year's return
What's not so great: Awful for business owners' home office expense and car expenses

For those of us that are a bit slower in processing it would be great to have tips on what to save, deduct, organize throughout the year to make it faster when processing the returns. A "come prepared / what to look for throughout the year" personalized tip sheet per profession ie sales etc...
What's great about it: walks you through each step
What's not so great: suggestions of deductions organizational tips per job discriptions

Short Sale coverage short on service!

Property tax on dmv fees not explained in business section, where first asked. But, much later, in personal section, directions were provided to explain where to get this information. Very inconvenient and a classic example of poor programming!
What's great about it: It was there, but not in the section that the program indicated!
What's not so great: Had to look for it, finally found it in Misc. Deductions!
